About

I grew up in Poland and lived in Spain for a year. For the past fifteen years I've been building software — first on my own, then with good teams across Europe.

The solo years: 40 Android apps during the Play Store boom, 8.1M installs, the biggest at 5.6M — zero ad spend.

The team years: six years at intive (first version of xarvio, Paramount streaming infrastructure), teaching people Unity 3D and Unreal Engine 4, operator-grade Android TV at Codespot.

Since 2023 I invent, prototype and pitch AI products at Orange Innovation Poland.

Tethered drone calculatorDesign tool for tethered drone systems: from flight time and drone mass it solves the interdependent tether-resistance / power-delivery / converter-sizing problem (momentum theory) across 10–50 m tethers — wire gauge selection, battery chemistry presets, IEC safety-voltage bands, infeasible configs grayed out.
BrickatorState-based UiAutomator library for Android UI tests: model the app as states, resolve the current one, travel between them, capture screenshots into a coverage report.
Adam's File ExplorermacOS file explorer built with Tauri v2 + React + Rust (all file operations and macOS actions in Rust). MIT.
React File Tree Kitshadcn-style React file tree with drag and drop, distributed as a local registry item. MIT.

Blog
Modern technology availability is dangerous What used to cost years of study now costs an afternoon. The example that stuck with me carries no DNA and no RNA, survives standard sterilisation, and can take decades to kill.
How I made this site's avatar look at you One photo, nine AI-generated poses, 48 in-between frames, and a blink that does most of the work.
